Who we are
Localizr LLC (“Localizr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital marketing agency based in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit localizr.co, book a call with us, contact us, or use our client dashboard, Localizr OS (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a strategy call, email us, or call us, we collect what you provide. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, job title, website, company revenue range, monthly advertising budget, service area, and anything you write in a message.
Client account information. If you are a client or authorized user of Localizr OS, we collect login credentials, contact details, billing information, and the content and settings you add to your account. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our partners collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, time on site, approximate location derived from IP address, and the ad or link that brought you to us.
Call and message information. If you call or text a Localizr tracking number, we collect your phone number, call date, time and duration, and, where permitted, a recording and transcript of the call (see “Phone calls, call recording and text messages” below).
Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from advertising platforms, business data providers, referral partners, and public sources such as company websites and business directories.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries, schedule and hold strategy calls, and evaluate whether we are a good fit for your business
- Provide, operate, and support our marketing services and Localizr OS
- Send service updates, invoices, and administrative messages
- Send marketing emails or texts about our services, where permitted by law and subject to your opt-out choices
- Measure and improve our website, advertising, and services
- Run and measure our own advertising, including showing ads to people who visited our website
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and misuse
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
We do not sell personal information for money.
Cookies, pixels and tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure and target our advertising. These include:
- Analytics: Google Analytics, to understand site traffic and usage
- Advertising: Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, to measure ad performance and show our ads to people who have visited our site
- Functional: tools that power forms, scheduling, and site performance
These partners may collect information about your activity on our site and on other websites over time. Their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Your choices. Where required, non-essential cookies and pixels load only after you consent through our cookie banner. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, adjust ad personalization in Google Ad Settings and Meta’s ad preferences, and use the industry opt-out at optout.aboutads.info. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of advertising-related sharing where required by law.
Phone calls, call recording and text messages (SMS)
Call recording. Calls to and from Localizr may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping. Where the law requires consent from all parties, we will tell you at the start of the call, and continuing the call means you consent. If you do not want to be recorded, tell us and we will offer another way to reach you.
Text messages. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about appointments, your inquiry, account updates, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service.
No sharing of mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our SMS carrier and platform).
How we share information
We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers that work on our behalf, such as website hosting, cloud databases, CRM and scheduling tools, email and SMS delivery, call tracking and transcription, payment processing, and analytics. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners such as Google and Meta, through the cookies and pixels described above.
- Our clients, when we collect information on their behalf (see “Data we process for our clients”).
- Affiliated companies under common ownership with Localizr, subject to this policy.
- Business transfers, if Localizr is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Localizr, our clients, or others.
- With your consent or at your direction.
Data we process for our clients
When we run advertising, websites, landing pages, call tracking, or lead management for our clients, we may collect and process information about our clients’ customers and prospects, such as form submissions, call recordings, and lead details. In those cases, we act as a service provider to our client, and the client’s own privacy policy governs that information.
If you contacted one of our clients and have questions about your information, or want to exercise your privacy rights, please contact that business directly. We will assist our clients in responding to your request.
Retention and security
Retention. We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain our business relationship, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.
Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy rights
Marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and opt out of texts by replying STOP. We may still send you transactional or account-related messages.
State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information we collected from you
- Opt out of targeted advertising, the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and certain profiling
- Not be treated differently for exercising these rights

You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and we may ask for proof of that authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond within the time required by law.
Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International users
Localizr is based in the United States, and we process and store information in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date, and if changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required.
